As a director, I help

bridge the distance between word & flesh,

and excavate the story you are almost already telling. I want to make the audiences feel the ineffable.

I am devoted to creating a disabled performance language that challenges conventional notions of presence, moving beyond both the tendency to keep disabled performers static on stage and the pressure to conform to able-bodied movement and expectations.

I am also compelled by work that reimagines the sacred: plays that offer alternative frameworks for thinking about religion, worship, divinity, and transcendence. I want to help shape stories that locate the holy in unexpected places, that question inherited structures of belief, and create new rituals for understanding our relationship to mystery.

I am drawn to feminist and mythic plays that honor the exiled feminine—work that look directly into the eyes of rage, hunger, ambition, and shame, and doesn’t flinch from what we were taught to hide.

If any of this resurrection work resonates with your project, I’d love to hear from you. I’m always open to conversation and consultation, especially when there is a shared commitment to expanding what theater can hold and who gets to hold it.
